The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service exceeded our expectations. We loved the variety of amenities provided, like the room service and bicycle hire, and the free welcome drink was a nice touch. The hotel was very clean, and our room was equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning and soundproofing, which we appreciated. We also enjoyed relaxing in the bar area after a long day of exploring.

This place is conveniently located near zwinger and the bar here is a great place to relax, plus the property is very clean and the bed is comfortable.

The hotel is located in a central area, making it easy to walk to many attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city from the window. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with amenities. I appreciated the fitness room and the daily bottle of water provided. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options, including fresh croissants and tasty coffee.

The parking lot seemed small and a little difficult to navigate.

The breakfast was really good and there were many options to choose from. The location was great, within walking distance from the city center and with good access to public transportation. Another advantage was the modern and clean appearance of the rooms, as well as the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

There were limited slots and it was necessary to book in advance, otherwise, one might end up with parking outside of the hotel which could be quite expensive. the policy for housekeeping was a bit frustrating as it was necessary to ask at reception every morning if one wanted their room to be cleaned, which seemed quite unnecessary at this price point.
